SALARY DETAILS

Starting salaries for MBPD are very competitive with others in the region. Salaries to be adjusted July 1st 2023 for a cost of living adjustment:

 Certified Officer Starting At: $52,644.80 (Increases based on experience & training)

 Non-Certified Officer: $50,148.80/year
